Phoenix Elite Gates provides automated gate installation, repair, and maintenance services throughout the Phoenix, Arizona metro area, including but not limited to:

  • Smart gate automation systems
  • Solar-powered gate systems
  • Commercial access control systems
  • Emergency gate repair services
  • Preventive maintenance plans

3. Service Estimates and Quotes

All quotes and estimates provided through our Website or by phone are preliminary and subject to on-site inspection. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material requirements, and scope of work discovered during inspection.

Free on-site consultations are provided for evaluation purposes. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service contracts. Generally:

  • Emergency repairs may require payment upon completion
  • New installations typically require a deposit before work begins
  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless financing is arranged
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit cards, and approved financing

5. Warranty and Guarantees

Our warranty coverage includes:

  • Labor Warranty: All labor is warranted for a minimum of 1 year from completion
  • Parts Warranty: Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties, typically 1-5 years depending on the component
  • Gate Fabrication: Custom iron gates carry a 10-year structural warranty and powder coating warranty

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, acts of nature, or lack of maintenance.

6. Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to meet scheduled appointment times but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to the nature of service work.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a service call fee.

7. Liability Limitations

Phoenix Elite Gates maintains general liability insurance and Arizona contractor licensing (ROC). However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed during initial inspection
  • Damage to underground utilities not properly marked
  • Property damage caused by natural disasters or extreme weather
  • Consequential damages resulting from gate malfunction
  • Delays caused by HOA approval processes or permit requirements

8. Property Access

Customers grant permission for our technicians to access their property for the purpose of providing services. We are not responsible for pet containment or securing the property during service visits.

9. HOA and Permit Compliance

Customers are responsible for obtaining any required HOA approvals and building permits. While we provide assistance with HOA-approved designs and permit applications, approval is not guaranteed and any delays are beyond our control.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Phoenix Elite Gates and protected by United States and international copyright laws. Custom gate designs remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing.

12. Emergency Services

While we offer 24/7 emergency service, response times may vary based on technician availability and weather conditions. Emergency service rates apply to after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls.
